It’s not often that we’re given the chance to work with an international TV star on the Bellarine but this week was something special. Still under wraps (so secret we don’t even know what it is!), a drama series came to town and we wanted to showcase the best of what this beautiful area has to offer.

Bursting to the brim, we packed up our largest hamper with the region’s finest produce. Not only from our own suppliers but in collaboration with other local businesses. As we tied the bow around the package it was a moment of pride to see the incredible produce on offer in the region.

Among other items, we made sure to include one of our most popular items for the crew, who were half way through a 3-month shoot, our Essential Sleep Mist. This went down a treat for the hundred strong actors and team behind the production.

Often working 14-hour days and sometimes 6 days a week, the Gypsy and Ram coffee drip bags were immediately snapped up by the cast and crew. Soon enough the director was conditioning his beard at lunch time with beard oil from Naked Perfume. And producers admired their new crystal bracelets from Anima Crystals.

Film and television production is mainly dominated by men.

And it was the gents eagerly picking up bath bombs and salts from Pelydryn Wellness to soak away the aches of their long days. Equally popular were the essential oils from Soul Essential. The lead actor commented that he even uses a drop in his washing for that added scent.

Overall the hamper ended up with a wellness theme, which was perfect for the 100+ customers. As one of the many happy recipients noted with their new bath bomb “this’ll be perfect for the colder months”.
